Statistics and Data Science Club

The Statistics and Data Science Club was created by students to foster a community atmosphere for data science students and those interested in data science related careers to connect, network, and collaborate in the data science community. The club is open to all students, regardless of their major. Past events include club kick-off/social events each semester, a SQL Workshop, a Python Workshop, writing postcards to potential students, "Data & Donuts", and alumni guest speakers.

SIAM

The Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) goal is to foster the development of applied mathematical and computational methodologies needed in various application areas. The student chapter of SIAM at UE hosts social activities on campus and also invites regional and national speakers.
